Although people lose their living space, their environment ceases to be habitable and the opportunities to move freely around the world and get to know its inhabitants are missing, there remains a living and open space of prayer in which one can dwell and ideally overcome one's own loneliness and that German theologian Romano Guardini in the book On Prayer described so aptly. In this space of prayer one can be revived, although the previous despondency almost ruled it out. The singing of birds creates a symbolic acoustic image of such a space. The trills resemble the invocations and supplications of the litanies, the polyphony of the most diverse voices evoke a different, spatial language, such as the heart speaks when it turns to God, and the silence resembles to the concentrated breath that deepens and strengthens that miraculous intimate connection. Listen and try to find solace in the most immediate. Just open up and listen.

I když lidé ztrácejí životní prostor, jejich životní prostředí přestává být obyvatelné a pozbývají možnosti volně se pohybovat světem a poznávat jej i jeho obyvatele, zůstává nadále živý a otevřený prostor modlitby, v němž lze pobývat a ideálně i překonávat vlastní osamocenost a který tak výstižně popsal německý teolog Romano Guardini v knize O modlitbě. Tam lze také znovu ožít, jakkoli to předešlá sklíčenost téměř vylučovala. Zpěv ptáků vytváří symbolický akustický obraz takového prostoru. Trylky připomínají invokace a prosby litanií, polyfonie nejrozmanitějších hlasů jako by evokovala jinou, prostorovou řeč, takovou, jakou promlouvá nitro, když se obrací k Bohu, a utichnutí odpovídá soustředěnému dechu, jímž se prohlubuje a sílí ono zázračné důvěrné spojení. Zaposlouchejte se i Vy a zkuste nalézt útěchu v tom nejbezprostřednějším. Stačí se jen otevřít a zaposlouchat.
